The imaginative and evocative choreography and set design of War Horse brings the horrors of war to life right before your eyes.  Adapted from the bestselling 1982 novel by Michael Morpurgo, War Horse follows the journey of the horse Joey and his young owner Albert, from rural England to the battlefields of World War 1. The story has since been adapted into an Oscar nominated film directed by Stephen Spielberg. In 2009 War Horse moved from the National Theatre on the South Bank to the West End’s New London Theatre.
