          The Divine Comedy

          The Divine Comedy

The Divine Comedy have been through numerous changes of style and line-up since their beginning in 1990. The band in fact split following the release of their second record. Singer and songwriter Neil Hannon decided to continue performing under the same name and in 1995 Neil Hannon's Divine Comedy finally gained the commercial success they deserved when Neil wrote the theme tune to TV comedy hit Father Ted.

Other popular hit's included 'National Express' and 'Generation Sex'.

See the Divine Comedy play at this year’s Wychwood music festival!
