Mancunian post-rock quintet Spokes hit headlines when thet won the ‘Sound 08’ unsigned acts initiative and landed themselves a spot on the Go North stage at Scotland's Rock Ness Festival. They also scored airplay for their winning track ‘Young People! All Together’ on Xfm. Aw, their mums and nannas must be proud.
