Roger Waters Tickets
Roger Waters, co-founder of one of the worlds biggest bands, Pink Floyd, and their bass playing lynchpin, is bringing back the legendary “The Wall” to the UK with a one off special show at the iconic Wembley Stadium. The Wall was performed in 1990 in Berlin following the fall of the Berlin Wall the previous year, and is recognised as one of the biggest performances in Rock history, playing originally to a sell out crowd of 250,000 until the gates were opened and an estimated further 100,000 people entered the site, making the gig, played in front of 350,000 people one of the largest events in music history. Following a triumph arena tour in 2011 which saw Roger perform "The Wall" to five sold out shows at the o2 Arena this will be a special opportunity to see this incredible rock spectacular in front of a stadium audience. Last time saw Dave Gilmour join Roger Waters on stage to perform some tracks, who knows we may have the same treat in store for us at Wembley in September 2013.. The stage is set to be a spectacular mimicking the 170 metre wall that was contructed during the performance in Berlin, then knocked down again during the finale of the event. This is set to be one of the highlights of the summer outdoor concert season, dont hesitate to buy tickets today and be part of "The Wall"
