The form is asking for a letter from the event
organiser confirming the cancellation. What do I do?
At this point, you do not need to send in any additional
support for your claim. Simply send the completed claim form to the
address advised above.
The form says to enclose the unused tickets but I
don't have these. What do I do?
As no tickets for this event have yet been sent out, you do
not need to send in any tickets with your claim form.
Which information do I need to provide in
the 'Ticket and payment details'?
This section of the claim form is for all the payment details
relating to your purchase. Please complete only the number of
tickets and the total amount claimed. You can leave all the other
options in this section blank. For the total amount claimed, please
indicate the full amount that you paid for your tickets on
Seatwave, including the postage and commission.
Obtaining a commemorative
ticket
The deadline for obtaining commemorative tickets has now
passed. If you have registered your interest with us, we
will be in touch. Please remember the following applies for all
commemorative ticket requests:
- As Seatwave does not own any tickets themselves, opting to
still receive your tickets will mean that you are requesting to
keep your original order with your seller active.
- The purchase price for your order will remain as it is and no
refund will be issued.
- The tickets which you receive may not be identical to those
already purchased and dates or seat locations may differ.
- You will not be able to alter the quantity of tickets from your
original order.
- Should your seller be unable to fulfil your commemorative
ticket order, you will still be able to claim for the full refund
of your purchase in the usual manner.
