The best thing to come out of France since the escargot, Les Miserables is one of the most famous musicals of all time. Fifty major theatre awards, a Grammy and a Triple Platinum Disc for the London cast album is no mean feat. Over a million copies of the soundtrack have been sold in the UK which means there's a hell of a lot of people singing ‘Les Mis’ ballads in the shower. Trust us, the acoustics at the Queen's Theatre are one hundred per cent better.
The musical follows ex-convict Jean Valjean as he sets out to create a new life for himself. The acting is exemplary, the songs will touch your heart and you'll go back for more.
