The Role

You will be the design visionary for the company. You will develop and maintain a high-level of design integrity for the website, on- and off-line promotions, and corporate identity and communications.

The Function

The Role

Reporting to the VP, Product Development, you will to be responsible for all design assets and visual look/feel of product features released during your tenure.

The Function

• Onsite work 2-5 days per week depending on experience with outsourced design service work
• Execute design concepts, comps and finished visuals for website projects
• Produce final artwork where required, pixel-perfect specification otherwise

This is an initial 2/3 month fixed term contract role offering 2-5 days per week.

The Role

You will have primary responsibility for growing the conversion rate to purchase on the Seatwave website. Using your deep understanding of consumer behaviour patterns and a detailed analysis of activities on the Seatwave website, you will drive Seatwave’s key performance indicators.

The Function

• Be the consumer champion for the company – make sure we are giving them what they want
• Own and drive visitor conversion to purchase
• Build a strong segmentation model to represent visitors to our site
• Develop merchandising initiatives to serve these segments
• Improve existing features on Seatwave to maximise value
• Manage the analysis and optimisation of all Buying features on the site

The Role

• Manage the range of selling programs, including consumer and high volume sellers, industry partnerships and corporate deals

The Role

Reporting to the VP, Sales you lead the development of a product to take out to corporate clients, targeting FTSE companies and larger SMEs, and you will build a sales team as the business develops.

The Function

• To oversee the construction and management of the corporate ticketing offering for Seatwave.com and networked businesses to include product management, business planning and strategy for the corporate offering
• Develop a database of corporate customers
• Building managing and supervising the corporate sales team
• Working with Seatwave country managers to develop a cross-site corporate ticketing offering
• Managing relationships with key corporate hospitality providers
• To ensure Seatwave is the largest and best resourced corporate ticketing/hospitality portal in Europe

• Educated at Degree level
• A track record of selling into corporate customers
• Previous people management experience
• Product or project management experience and a business acumen
• Exposure to sports / music and live entertainment

• Start-up experience building a proposition, product and team from scratch

• Socially at ease in dealing with “C” level clients and business executives

The Role

Reporting to the Online Marketing Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for all elements of Seatwave’s search marketing strategy, implementation and execution, on both Organic and paid disciplines.

The Function

• Day to Day analysis of Search Engine positions
• Reporting on daily and monthly performance of keywords on organic and paid search engines
• Identifying, negotiating and acquiring relevant and popular in bound links to Seatwave
• Submission and optimisation of Seatwave in free link directories
• Providing search engine friendly content to all pages on the Seatwave website
• Regular site audits on Seatwave.com for SEO fundamentals, the recommended results then being implemented
• Day to day management of Seatwave PPC marketing including optimisation for growth, ROI and CPA
• Management of bespoke PPC and SEO campaigns around specific sporting and concert events
• Responding to a constantly moving market place based on price, availability and user demand
• Constantly searching for new keywords and areas of growth
• Expanding and re-optimising existing search campaign structures
• Working with editors and content team across additional Seatwave markets to promote best SEO and PPC practice

• Previous relevant experience in the online marketing space with an emphasis on Search marketing – either client, agency or affiliate side
• A proven track record of success in SEO with the ability to provide results to prove this.
• Experience of using SEO and PPC technology and web analytics tools including position management, bid management and inventory management tools
• An experience in working on all elements of SEO including link building both paid and free, content and copy optimisation
• An active enjoyment of the Entertainment scene with a special emphasis on concerts, festivals, sports and theatre

The Role

Reporting to the Online Marketing Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for all elements of Seatwave’s Affiliate Marketing strategy, implementation and execution in the UK with some European work.

• Day to Day management of the Seatwave affiliate base
• Reporting on daily and monthly performance of Affiliates, Networks and partners
• Managing relationships with Seatwave’s affiliates and partners
• Growing the performance of key Affiliate and partner campaigns
• Growing the amount of affiliates currently working with Seatwave
• Assist in the growth of the Seatwave affiliate programs within Europe
• Liaising with the Search engine marketing department on responding to consumer activities within the Search Market
• Keeping affiliates & partners informed of new products available on Seatwave
• Creating and maintaining XML product feeds between Seatwave and partners and affiliates
• Running affiliate promotions and competitions
• Managing an affiliate email database
• Attending key affiliate events to represent Seatwave

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for quality assurance for all Seatwave web-based products together with maintaining a high standard of quality.

The Function

• Establishing a formal QA process for all new product initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring all new projects are supported with adequate test script
• Establishing/managing automate test processes as deemed appropriate for our business
• Management of release cycle QA process
• Point of contact for reporting any quality issue; responsible for ensuring these are logged and passed into the Development cycle
