The musical hit Jersey Boys follows the rise and fall of the 1960s New Jersey band The Four Seasons. Jersey Boys is delivered in a documentary style and features four segments, presented as ‘seasons’, as each band member narrates the creation, rise to fame, and subsequent break-up of The Four Seasons. The production was originally launched on Broadway in 2005, and after receiving immediate success the show has since toured throughout the world. Since 2008, Jersey Boys can now be seen in London’s West End at the Prince Edward Theatre.
