Selling tickets - Getting paid

  1. When will I get paid for my sale?

    Once the event has taken place, we process your payment. It takes approximately 10 working days for the credit to reach your account.

  2. I sold my tickets a few days ago. Why have I still not received payment?

    We process payments for all sales after the event has taken place. It then takes approximately 10 working days for the credit to reach your account.

  3. Why do I have to wait until after the event to get paid?

    We pay all our ticket sales after the event as part of our TicketIntegrity™ guarantee. This allows us to ensure that buyers receive the tickets they ordered, in time for the event and that they were able to get access to the event on the day.

  4. How will I get paid?

    We will pay you using the details you've provided us with when you were listing your tickets for sale. You can view or change these in My Account within Payment Options.

  5. Can I change my payment method?

    You can change how you're paid for your sales in My Account. Visit Payment Options and modify your choice.

  6. When will I be refunded for the postage if I sent the tickets myself?

    Your automatic postage refund will be included with the payment for your sale.

  7. If I've chosen to be paid by Paypal, why is my payment not appearing in my account?

    If you have chosen to be paid for your sale by Paypal, your payment will appear in your Paypal account, and will not be automatically transferred into your bank account. You will need to manually transfer the funds through your own Paypal account arrangements.
