We guarantee that our tickets come only from legitimate sources and that we will represent them accurately and honestly. We guarantee that you will receive the tickets you ordered (or similar ones) and that they will be with you by the day of the event. If we don't keep this commitment to you, we'll take reasonable steps to source replacement tickets, of an equivalent value, to make sure you don't miss out. If suitable replacement tickets (determinable solely at our discretion) cannot be found, we'll refund 100% of the price you paid. No questions.

 

And our TicketIntegrity™ guarantee is a two-way street. If you are selling tickets we promise that you will receive prompt payment from Seatwave for all orders that are confirmed and fulfilled. To make sure you qualify for a refund:

 

1. Please check your tickets as soon as you receive them to make sure they are what you were expecting. Any incorrect tickets must be returned to Seatwave before the event.

 

2. Do not use any incorrect tickets to attend the event.


3. Let us know within 7 days of the event if you experience any problems with the tickets at the venue.

 

4. Make sure that you keep any unused unacceptable tickets which must be returned to us in order to get your refund.

  2. Does TicketIntegrity™ guarantee me access to the event?

    Our TicketIntegrity™ guarantee ensures you receive the tickets you ordered in time for the event, and that you'll get entry to the event. If any of these promises are not delivered, we'll refund your money back in full.

  3. Why have I been asked to send the tickets back to you to claim my refund?

    We require the tickets to be sent back to us so that we can investigate the order further with our sellers. We take any problems with ticket delivery very seriously and like to make sure that any action we take with our sellers is fair and appropriate.
