TicketCover™ Terms and Conditions
Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if
a performance is cancelled due to the non-appearance of the act,
artist, performer, celebrity or team you may be eligible for a
reimbursement for the total purchase price of your ticket
(including itemised postage and service fees that were enumerated
to you at the time of sale).
If an event takes place over several days and only one day is
cancelled, a partial refund only may be payable corresponding to
the day(s) cancelled.
In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to
Seatwave by email or at the following address: 6th
Floor, 120 Moorgate, London, EC2M 6UR.
You must enclose your confirmation of purchase and unused
tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions of
Seatwave. If tickets have not been issued yet you only have to
provide your confirmation of purchase. We request you to file your
refund request as soon as possible, but at least within one month
of the date of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
If the performance is rescheduled, the Buyer will be offered
seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up
to a similar value of the purchased tickets. If no tickets can be
provided to the rescheduled event the Buyer may be eligible for a
refund. If the Buyer is unable to attend the rescheduled
performance the Buyer will not be eligible for a refund, but can
put the rescheduled tickets up for sale on the Seatwave
website.
