  1. Can I change my email address?

    As your email address is also your Seatwave account username, you will need to notify us here if you would like to change your email address.

  2. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

    If you've forgotten your password, simply click on Forgotten your password? underneath the log in boxes. This will prompt you to enter your email address and a password reminder will be sent to you.

  3. Why should I use My Account?

    As a buyer, you can review all your previous orders and track their status within My Account. For sellers, My Account allows you to view or amend your listings, track your sales and send out your tickets.
