Born into a musical family, Finlay Quaye has been no stranger to Jazz. His mother would him with her regularly to Ronnie Scott's Jazz club catching rare performances of American Jazz musicians. She also introduced him to Lionel Hamton who made a huge impact on Finley's life and his musical outlook.
