        Van Morrison

        Van Morrison

Van Morrison is without doubt, one of the greatest artists that the UK (or any other nation) has produced in the last 50 years. He has been at the forefront of music since 1958 and has varied his styles between Blues, Rhythm, Folk, Celtic, Rock and Country, in a career that is impossible to define. Van Morrison has won a total of 6 Grammy’s and was indicted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame recently, thanks to his mega hits that include “Brown Eyed Girl”, “Have I Told You Lately”, “Days Like This”, “Sweet Thing” and many, many more. The song “Brown Eyed Girl” was first released in 1967, and to this day is an incredibly popular tune, being the 4th most requested song on US Radio in 2007, a full four decades after its original release.
