      David Guetta

It’s the annual battle that the world’s disc jockey fraternity battle it out hammer and tongs in, to be crowned the world’s number one DJ, there are many contenders but 2010 seems to belong to one man, Parisien House Super DJ and producer David Guetta. David Guetta tickets are now available for his biggest ever UK tour which begins in May 2011. David Guetta tickets will be available for what are expected to be massive shows in Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Brighton with the tour climaxing with two shows at London’s world famous Brixton Academy. David Guetta followed the path of all aspiring DJs as a youngster, DJing in local clubs and pirate radio stations in Paris from his teens. In the late 80’s he discovered House Music and hasn’t looked back since. By the early 90’s David Guetta had become the number one name in Paris and throughout France and had played in all the biggest clubs including the Rex. As the 2000’s approached David started collaborating with singers from over the pond and released his biggest single “Just a little more love” with American crooner Chris Willis. As his reputation built, Guetta had his major international breakthrough in 2009 when he collaborated with Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland on the massive number one single “When love takes over”. He followed up that success with a single with Akon – “Sexy Bitch” which became his 2nd number one smash hit. He also worked with fellow US superstars Kid Cudi, Fergie and UK rapper Estelle. It was producing for another act however that saw David Guetta’s biggest ever hit when he produced Black Eyed Peas “I gotta feeling”, no one could have anticipated its dominance in the global charts. It topped the charts in an astounding seventeen countries and became the UK’s most downloaded track ever. A David Guetta show isn’t like watching a traditional DJ sit there with his head in his record box, expect a mix of records, cds, dvds and lasers – this is DJing at the next level. We’ve got a feeling you’ll want to grab your David Guetta tickets right now and be the envy of all your mates!
