Bought these tickets for my mum and dad, but dad sadly died of cancer earlier this year. Mum took my sister and they both enjoyed it immensely. Amazing singer, amazing venue and the 4 encores were an absolute treat! She's been talking about it for almost a week now with no end in sight... Definately recommended!

After months of uncertainty of wondering if we would receive the tickets, purchased via Seatwave, and the unnerving idea of only being able to contact them via e-mail, we received the tickets 9 days in advance. There was a huge sigh of relief and we crossed our fingers that there would be no problem when we arrived at The O2 arena due to the fact there was no start time on the tickets or details regarding the internal entrance gate to the arena itself. However we predicted a 7.30 - 8pm start and arrived in plenty of time as there was a production delay of over an hour for the start of the concert. Despite this we enjoyed Andrea and the various artists performing with him. (Hence 5 stars for the concert only) Most people, sat around us, were expecting a selection of the more well known songs from Andrea, but unfortunately due to the late start some left before they had a chance to hear them. There was at least 4 encores and so many people missed this.

Fantastic concert by Andrea Bocelli, shame about the delayed start by somehour and a quarter, this did affect people who had to leave early to catch a train. very pleased with seatwave as a first time user.

The concert was great although we had to wait in concorse for far too long before we were aloud in. (Nothing to do with Seatwave) One of my concerns was that I didn't know the seating numbers (A to Z) until I received the tickets a couple of days before the concert. The Block I booked was 102 when in fact the seats I received was in Block 111 (Opposite) Not a problem because Block 111 was just as good and the seats allocated in row "H" were great. I think the only concern was not knowing the Block and the seating numbers when I booked. Great show - I will probably use seatwave again?

THE LOCATION WAS DISASTER LATE OPENING THE DOORS AND WHOLE O2 EXPERIENCE WAS A COMPLETE LET DOWN, ONLY SURPASSED BY THE APPALLING DESIGNED SEATS, THAT DID NOT PROVIDE A COMFORTABLE POSITION ALL EVENING. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN TO SEE A SHOW OR RECOMMEND THE LOCATION TO ANYBODY. IN FACT I WILL TELL EVERYBODY WHAT DISASTER THE PLACE IS. MR BOCELLI WAS SUPERB THANK YOU
