This American hip hop duo from Minneapolis consisting of rapper Slug and DJ/producer Ant have become one of the most commercially successful and long-lived independent hip hop acts of all time.
They're also one of the first hip hop groups to be signed to the predominantly punk/hardcore label Epitaph Records. Not only did this change the face of the record label, it opened up hip hop to a very different variety of listeners.
