Amy's View Tickets
Theatre buffs unite; ‘Amy’s View’ returns to the West End… bringing with it actress Felicity Kendal.
Author David Hare and Director Hall have created a story of love, tragedy, art, fierce ambition and the passing of time. The play contains more family driven emotional twists than your average episode of ‘Eastenders’. Set in 1979, it follows the story of successful actress, Esme Allen. A visit from her daughter, Amy builds up to a shattering conclusion sixteen years later. Intrigued? You should be. One paragraph certainly doesn't do it justice... you'll have to see this one for yourself.
Go on, get off that sofa and get some culture into you. If it achieves as much success at the Garrick as it did at the National Theatre and on Broadway you (and your date) will thank you.
