Their success grew after signing to major label Dreamworks and releasing 'Sing The Sorrow,' an album that sold over a million copies. Musically they've been moving in a different direction to the early punk records and latest album December Underground highlights their new, more accessible style. Its catapulted them into the mainstream and earned them a whole bunch of new fans.

What is unquestionable however is that AFI are an amazing live band.
