Position: Solutions Executive - Italy
Department: Operations
Salary: £21K
Reports To: Customer Experience Manager
Location: London, UK
Core Function:
Responsible for providing second-line support to Seatwave's
growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolving all customer escalations and managing
the escalation queue to ensure service levels are met at all
times
- Responsible for identifying and resolving all broken orders in
line with defined Company policies and practices
- Ensure that potential issues with orders are spotted, resolved
and that clear & timely communication with buyers & sellers
occurs
- Responsible for monitoring internal management information to
proactively manage potential breakage issues
Knowledge/Experience:
- A minimum of 18 months' CS experience, preferably to both a
consumer and business customer base
- Knowledge of the Italian sport and music industry
- Experience of managing a dynamic, event-driven operational
environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Ability to manage results through others and maintain a
positive, productive work environment
- Ability to effectively work with team members
- Motivation/leadership

Other requirements:
High degree of personal resilience, interpersonal skills and
motivation. Ability to keep cool under pressure and work to
tight deadlines.
