Product Manager

Core Function
This role is ideal for a person who is passionate about building a best in class ecommerce experience. Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering exceptional products that meet those needs. The PM will work closely with Marketing and Regional teams to improve customer engagement across all channels (e.g. Web, Mobile, Social, API) and will also be responsible for achieving conversion targets across these channels.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Develop product specifications by translating customer requirements into customer use cases and stories. Own A/B and multivariate testing across all seatwave channels to optimize the seatwave platform.
• Build business case for new initiatives supported by strong analytics and customer research.
• Identify gaps in product functionality and prioritize product roadmap to achieve business goals. Liaise with key stakeholders from marketing, operations and customer service to understand customer requirements.
• Manage user acceptance testing and customer feedback process for all product initiatives.
• Work closely with development team to understand technical constraints and tradeoffs around implementing new features
• Communicate project milestones, launch plan and product status to stakeholders within the organization.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience in a leading e-commerce business.
• Passionate about cutting edge Web, APIs, and mobile technologies.
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to validate results with data
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of how product initiatives impact the bottom line
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fun loving, good sense of humor and passionate about the live entertainment industry
