collectfrom Ticket Agent

Core Function:

The collectfrom Agent is responsible for helping manage the day to day operations of collectfromfrom start to finish including helping sellers list their tickets, managing inventory to providing excellent customer service in handing over tickets to our buyers.  The successful candidate will have excellent customer facing skills and must be able to operate in a fast paced working environment. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Manage the box office location(s) including the oversight of complete "collectfrom" inventory control
  • Respond to customer queries in an informative and courteous manner
  • Inform customers about collection points/venue information
  • Communication to distribution partners of up and coming performances with ticket quantity information
  • Responsible for all signage , communication at the box office collection points
  • Manage and keep a full record of collectfrominventory for all performances (including reconciliation)
  • Provide written analysis and wrap-up report on Box Office operations and performance
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure good communication, especially Customer Services

  Essential Experience:

  • Experience with box office/ ticketing management system or equivalent retail inventory tool, definite asset
  • Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience working in a Customer Services environment

  • Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings at Seatwave's offices, partner locations and venues in major cities across the country
