Affiliate & Partner Manager
Core Function:
Reporting to the Senior Online Marketing Manager, the
Partnership & Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the
growth and maintenance of the Seatwave affiliate channel across all
markets as well as the development of Partnerships that leverage
the Seatwave platform using our SDK and API. Working towards
specific targets set on an annual and monthly basis the Affiliate
& Partnership Manager will ensure affiliates and partnerships
drive significant traffic and sales volume to Seatwave.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Growth &
Management
- Management and growth of the Seatwave affiliate channel across
all markets and platforms.
- Management and growth of the Seatwave Platform Partnership
Program.
- Strategic development of partners, using of the API and SDK as
a key leverage point.
- Relationship management of existing network and affiliates
including but not limited to PPC/Social/Voucher/Content/Mobile
affiliates and the major international network platforms.
- Optimisation and development of Seatwave's internal affiliate
platform, PartnerTix.
- Strategic analysis of the ticketing market and growth of the
Seatwave affiliate channel through recruitment of new affiliate
partners.
Comms & Reporting
- Research and communication to affiliates on market activity,
major on-sales and market trends and platform developments
- Ongoing statistical analysis of affiliate and partnership
program performance.
- Monthly reporting to affiliates & Partners on performance,
providing commission statements and taking responsibility for
payments.
- Co-ordination of on-sales across marketing channels with an
emphasis on affiliates.
Challenges
- Promoting a channel shift from web & feed promotion to
platform driven integration
- Developing the Seatwave Affiliate and Partnership programme
across smaller EU markets.
- Establishing Seatwave as a major player in the US affiliate
space.
- To ensure the affiliate programme is represented across all
platforms including mobile and social.
Skills & Experience:
Essentials
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the online
marketing space with an emphasis on affiliates &
partnerships.
- Experience of working with affiliates and networks across the
EU and North America
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse data and refine activities accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- High degree of initiative and an excellent team player
- An active enjoyment of the entertainment scene with a special
emphasis on concerts, festivals, sports and theatre
Desirables
Existing relationships in the entertainment and music
vertical
- Fluency in additional European languages would be viewed as an
advantage to any applicant
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required,
additional applications in design, schedule management, or
development would be an added bonus
Educational Requirements:
- Degree - desirable
- Further professional studies - desirable
