Account Managers - United States/Canada & Netherlands

We are currently looking for Account Managers to assist with the day to day management of our network of websites. A very hands on role, suited to a motivated self starter with a broad range of skills. Successful applicants will be assisting with the management of the various elements of the exchange including but not limited to content creation, online marketing, social media, sales, supplier liaison and operations.

We are currently looking for London based Account Managers who have lived and worked in one of the following countries - United States or Canada & Netherlands. Applicants must be fluent in English and the language of the country applied for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing local market insight into concerts, sports & theatre events
• Creation, maintenance and optimisation of all content on the Seatwave websites
• Responding to a constantly changing event landscape
• Managing time around event on sales and times
• Managing external relationships with key suppliers & partners
• Providing content and information for email newsletters
• Managing top sellers & clients across the exchange
• Recruitment of key new suppliers and sellers for the exchange
• Liaising with design dept on the creation of Seatmaps
• Providing local translations for key site copy
• Liaising with the Marketing department on online marketing & social media campaigns
• Managing last minute selling pick up points across multiple events

Requirements:

• Native speaker of country applied for and has spent time living in that market
• Experience in media, entertainment or ticketing industry
• Active attendee of live events
• Knowledge of Microsoft web products including Outlook, Excel & Word
• Active user of social media and the world wide web
