Seatwave is predominantly a secondary marketplace for tickets. We facilitate the exchange of tickets between buyers and sellers while providing buyers with a 100% ticket guarantee. The key advantage we have over primary ticket sources is that we can offer tickets to buyers up until the day of the event.
The SDK provides app developers with a simple and easy way to add ticket buying functionality to their apps. Once integrated, partners have access to Seatwave’s millions of tickets worldwide, providing their customers with the ability to buy tickets. For each ticket sold, partners will receive an affiliate fee.
We currently support iOS but have plans to support other platforms such as Android, Windows and iPad etc. in the near future.
The Seatwave SDK is a complete mobile optimized offering. Solutions in the market today typically re-direct users to a webpage which results in lower conversion rates and a poor customer experience. The Seatwave SDK on the other hand provides a complete in-app ticket buying experience together with customisation options to create a seamless user experience.
The SDK is suitable for a range of application types. The most popular app categories using the SDK are music knowledge, music identification and location-based directories.
We have tickets covering concerts, festivals, sport and theatre. If is a major event we will have tickets for it.
We have 6 million tickets available in our catalogue at any one time.
UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland, USA and Canada.
We support 6 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
We now support 4 currencies; $ USD, £ GBP, € EUR, $ CAD.
The SDK functionality can been added in a matter of minutes with just a few line of code. UI customization can take longer depending on the size of the changes being made.
You have full control over the UI elements in the purchase flow. This includes the event listings page, the ticket listing page and the ticket details view. The remaining pages are co-branded.
The SDK has a native UI although the checkout process happens in an in-app browser.
We currently need exact matches to search by “Artist” name. We plan to include fuzzy search in our next release. In the interim, we can supply you with an hourly ftp feed of our current listings. You can use this feed to match our catalogue with you database.
